STEP ONE -- Apply Now & Get Pre-Approved!
Complete your loan application, which can be done easily through our website. To get started, call us or select "Free Consultation" or "Submit an Application" from the list on the left. Please do not worry if you can not complete the application thoroughly as a Loan Officer will contact you to review and assist after submission. Typically we will issue you a Pre-Approval Letter and Good Faith Estimate with in 48 hours. A pre-approved buyer's purchase offer is much more desirable to a property seller than one which is not pre-approved.
STEP TWO -- Apply Formally! Getting started is Easy
When you've selected a property and have an accepted purchase offer with the Seller, the next step is to update your loan application with your Loan Officer. At this point your Loan Officer will be able to provide you with the documents you need to sign and a list of items we will need in order to process your loan application.
At the appropriate time we'll order a property appraisal for you.
STEP THREE -- Your Loan is Approved and Funded
Once we receive your signed contract, title report and appraisal your file is ready to be underwritten and you are typically two weeks from closing. When your loan is underwritten we will assist you in meeting any conditions of the loan. We will then coordinate the scheduling of your closing with the bank attorney and you'll sign the final papers at their office.
