Mortgage Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • Photo identification 
  • If employed, current months pay stubs and W2 statements for the past 2 years
  • If self employed, your tax returns for the past two years
  • Bank statements for the past two months
  • Investment account statements for the past two months
  • Life insurance policy statement if a cash value policy
  • Retirement account statements for the past two months
  • Mortgage statement if refinancing
  • Realtor, Attorney and Insurance Agent contact information

If you currently own Real Estate: 

  • Mortgage account information
  • Home insurance policy information
  • Home equity account information (if applicable)
  • Leases if claiming income on rental properties

If you are applying for a construction loan:

  • Deed or accepted purchase offer on BOHA parcel
  • Stamped plans and specifications
  • Builder's contract
  • Permit
